Head Coach - Gary Johnston

Mr. Johnston has a tremendous hockey background. Gary grew up in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, which is a hot bed for hockey talent. He has always had a strong love for the game. He played with nhl all-stars including Ron Francis, and his mother knew Tony and Phil Esposito,

Gary is a defense and goal tending expert. He has been offered multiple jobs having to do with goal coaching in the NHL. It an extremely easy decisions for the front office to hire this hockey wizard as the head coach.

 Assistant Coach - Jared Bellower

When given the opportunity to move from Alaska to Sault Ste. Marie, Jared and his family didn't even hesitate. They understood how rare an opportunity is to coach such a talented team.

Jared is our offensive specialist. He played 4 very strong seasons as a center for the University of Alaska Fairbanks in the CCHA.

Stregnth and Conditioning Coach - Phil McCraken

McCraken really helps out the athletes in the weight room. He has specific training routines for every player, and he really takes his job seriously

McCraken was a member of the 1998 U.S Weight Lifting Team.

Clayton Friedt 

A major part of the behind the scenes aspect of the Chiefs. Clay takes care of almost anything on the bench or in the locker room. From filling water bottles, freezing pucks, and giving massages Clay has it covered.

Being young, with practice could maybe someday see himself wearing a TC Chiefs jersey. Clay will be part of some practices and maybe a game this year to try and gain experience in the very physical and demanding leagu
